OlivMae LLC is the data controller for the records ShiftMaven Press keeps.

This policy applies to this website, its checkout and its email signups. The website, checkout, payments, email delivery and analytics are provided by third-party services, including our website host, Stripe, PayPal, our email service provider and Google Analytics. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its own handling of that information.

The records we keep are limited to those needed to operate the business, including order records and checkout confirmations. This policy doesn't apply to information shared on other websites, marketplaces or social media platforms, including Amazon.

• Email list and ColorThyme Coloring Club signups: first name and email address.

• Order records and checkout confirmations: up to 7 years, for tax and audit purposes.

• Correspondence: up to 24 months.

• Email subscriptions: until the subscriber unsubscribes or the address becomes invalid.

Information is disclosed only to service providers necessary to operate the website and business, or where required by law. ShiftMaven Press doesn't sell personal information.
