Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and publishing services, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, ebook formatting, editing, graphics, and add-on services.

Physical Products
You are entitled to cancel your physical order within 30 days without providing a reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: support@shiftmaven.press

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns (Physical Products Only)
To be eligible for a return, goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days and still be in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:
> Goods tailored to your specifications or personalized to your exact needs.
> Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, such as those that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
> Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
> Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using a reliable, insured mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the actual goods or proof of return delivery receipt.

Gifts
If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
