What these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions are the general rules for using the ShiftMaven Press website and buying from it, including free downloads such as ColorThyme Coloring Club pages. Some offers may have additional terms. If there's a conflict, the offer's own terms apply to that offer.

Eligibility and use
You agree to provide accurate contact and purchase information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit access, if we believe there's fraud, abuse or misuse of our content.

Purchases, delivery and all sales final
ShiftMaven Press sells digital products, including ebooks, printable coloring books and activity pages. Access begins immediately after payment, when your download link is provided. Download links are available for 48 hours, so please save your files to your device right away. If your link expires or a file won't open, email support@shiftmaven.press and we'll send you a new one.

Intellectual property and how you may use your downloads
Unless stated otherwise, ShiftMaven Press owns the website content, branding, design and original materials offered for download, and they're protected by intellectual property laws.

When you buy a download, you may print it as many times as you like for your own personal use, and you're welcome to share photos of pages you've colored or completed on social media.

Teachers and homeschool families may also print copies for the students in their own classroom or home. Each purchase covers one teacher or one family. Schools, libraries or groups that want to use a download across several classrooms should email support@shiftmaven.press.

You may not resell, republish, share or distribute the files themselves, upload them to shared drives or school websites, or sell printed copies of them.

Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites, including Amazon for paperback editions. We aren't responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites, and purchases made there are covered by their own terms.

Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue any part of the site, products or pricing at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions, and the "Last updated" date will show the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftMaven Press won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or digital products. If liability is found, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
